Choosing a furnished apartment in Toronto

A furnished apartment is not a hotel room with a kettle in it. The things that decide whether a stay works are unglamorous: whether the bedroom has a door, whether the kitchen has an oven you would actually use, whether the desk is a desk or a shelf, and whether anyone answers when the dishwasher stops draining.

Our listings carry real square footage and real bedroom counts, and the descriptions say what each suite is less good at as well as what it is good for. If a suite is adjacent to a neighbourhood rather than in it, the page says so. That is the whole premise of the brand — you should recognise the place when you open the door.

What the rates mean

Figures on this page are starting monthly rates, inclusive of utilities, wifi and scheduled cleaning. They move with the season and the length of stay: a six-month booking prices differently from a five-week one. Send dates and you will get a real number rather than a range.

Minimum stay

Every Norvale suite has a 28-night minimum. Toronto's short-term rental registration regime applies to stays under 28 nights, and we sit deliberately outside it. If you need a week, we are not the right fit and we will say so quickly rather than waste your time.
