About this suite
The largest suite in the portfolio, and the one that works best for a family. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet in each — the primary has a king bed, the second has two twins, which is a more useful arrangement for children or visiting relatives than a second double would be.
The kitchen is open-plan with a granite island seating two, plus a dining table for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the corner aspect, in-suite washer and dryer, and a building with a business centre and meeting room if you need to work outside the suite.
Uptown at Yonge and Eglinton, so about 15 minutes to downtown on Line 1 and noticeably better value per square foot than the equivalent downtown. If your assignment is on Bay Street every day, Festival Tower is the shorter walk; if you want space and a neighbourhood, this is the better home.
