Terms of use

Last updated August 2026.

Draft for legal review. These terms cover website use only. The licence agreement for a stay is a separate document and must be drafted by Canadian counsel.

About these terms

They govern your use of norvalesuites.com. Using the site means accepting them. They do not govern a stay — that is covered by the licence agreement you sign before arrival, which takes precedence over anything on this website if the two ever conflict.

Rates and availability

Rates published on this site are indicative starting points, not quotes, and availability shown may change between your reading it and our replying. A rate becomes binding only when it appears in a written quote we have sent you and you have accepted within its stated validity period.

Descriptions and photography

We work hard to describe suites accurately, including their limitations. Furnishings, appliances and finishes may nonetheless be substituted with items of equivalent standard. Where a suite differs materially from its description, tell us and we will correct the listing.

Minimum stay

All stays are subject to a minimum of 28 nights. We do not accept bookings below this threshold under any circumstances.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Suites are for residential occupation by the named occupants only. They may not be sublet, used for events or filming, or used for any commercial purpose without our written agreement.

Intellectual property

The Norvale Suites name, the Open Door mark, site copy and photography are ours or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Links

We link to third-party sites, including mapping and booking services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law. [Counsel to finalise this clause.]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
