What comes with every Norvale suite
Three lists: what is in every suite, what varies by building, and what is not included. The third list is the one worth reading. Most complaints in this industry come from something a guest assumed was there.
In every suite
Living and sleeping
- Beds made on arrival
- Queen or king, with a mattress protector, duvet, two pillows per person and a spare set of linen.
- Towels and bath linen
- Two bath towels, one hand towel and one face cloth per guest, plus a bath mat.
- Living room seating
- Sofa, side table and lighting. Two bedroom suites seat four.
- Dining table
- A table you can eat at and work from, with chairs for the suite capacity.
- Blackout window coverings
- In every bedroom.
Kitchen
- Full-size appliances
- Fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Dishwasher in most suites — listed per suite.
- Cookware and bakeware
- Pots, pans, baking sheet, chopping boards, knives, utensils, colander, mixing bowls.
- Dishes and glassware
- Place settings for the suite capacity plus two, including mugs, wine and water glasses.
- Small appliances
- Kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Microwave in every suite.
- Arrival basics
- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, sponge, paper towel, bin liners and toilet paper.
Work and connectivity
- Unlimited high-speed wifi
- Included in the rate, live before you arrive. Network name and password are in your arrival note.
- A work surface
- A desk or a dining table with a chair suitable for a full working day, plus a task light.
- Television with streaming
- Smart TV — sign in to your own accounts.
Utilities and services
- All utilities
- Heat, hydro and water are in the rate. No separate bills, no meter readings, no deposits with a utility company.
- Professional cleaning
- A full clean before every arrival. Mid-stay cleaning included every two weeks on stays of 60 nights or more.
- Vacuum and cleaning kit
- For day-to-day tidying between visits.
- Local support
- A Toronto contact who answers, and a maintenance route for anything that breaks.

Where something is not universal, we list it per suite rather than describing the best case and hoping.

What is not included
Nothing here is a criticism of the suites. It is the gap between a furnished apartment and a hotel, stated plainly so nobody discovers it on day two.
- Daily housekeeping
- This is housing, not a hotel. Cleaning is scheduled, not daily. Extra cleans can be arranged at cost.
- Groceries beyond the arrival basics
- We stock enough for the first morning. After that the kitchen is yours.
- Toiletries beyond the first day
- A starter set of soap and shampoo is provided. Replacements are not.
- Pets by default
- Some suites accept pets, some buildings do not permit them. Always ask first — do not assume.
- Parking as standard
- Where available it is charged separately and allocated on request.
- Airport transfers
- We can arrange one and it will appear on your invoice as a separate line.
- Personal insurance
- Our coverage protects the building and its contents, not your belongings.
If something you need is not on any of these lists, ask before you book rather than after you arrive. We can arrange a good deal more than we include as standard — accessible fittings, an extra bed, a second parking space, a longer-term storage solution — and it is far easier to sort out three weeks ahead than on a Sunday night.
