Furnished suites at Oriole Apartments
A midtown residential building a short walk west of Yonge and St Clair, on a quiet street of low-rise apartments and mature trees. Oriole is a working residential address rather than a hospitality property — the people in the lift live here. That is the point: guests settle into a neighbourhood instead of a lobby.

Suites at Oriole Apartments

Oriole Bachelor, Garden Level
The entry point to the portfolio. A compact, well-organised bachelor for one person on a longer stay.
Oriole One Bedroom, North
A north-facing one bedroom with a separate kitchen and a proper dining table — the most requested layout at Oriole.
Oriole Two Bedroom, Corner
A corner two bedroom with light on two sides. The Oriole suite that works for families and for two colleagues sharing.
The neighbourhood
Quiet, residential midtown at Yonge and St Clair. Ten minutes to Bloor on Line 1, and noticeably better value than the same suite downtown.
Transit from here runs on St Clair station (Line 1), the 512 St Clair streetcar. If you are weighing this building against another part of the city, the honest comparison is usually commute time against monthly rate — and we would rather talk you through that than have you find out in week three.
