About this suite
A 750 square foot corner suite with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, which makes it the brightest thing in the portfolio. The bedroom has its own ensuite with a deep tub, and there is a proper entry closet — mundane until you are living somewhere for four months with winter coats.
The balcony looks north over the Humber River. Parks and trails are at the door, and Bloor West Village has restaurants and groceries that belong to a neighbourhood rather than a tower district.
The trade-off is the commute: about 20 minutes to Bloor-Yonge on Line 2, longer to the Financial District. For a relocating family or a longer stay, that is usually the right trade. For a six-week Bay Street posting, it is not.
