Residential west end by the Humber River. Parks, independent restaurants and a genuine neighbourhood feel, about 20 minutes from downtown on Line 2. Suits longer stays and anyone who would rather live somewhere than commute from a tower.
Transit from here runs on Old Mill and Jane stations (Line 2). If you are weighing this building against another part of the city, the honest comparison is usually commute time against monthly rate — and we would rather talk you through that than have you find out in week three.
