About this suite
Seven hundred square feet with a den, in a tower above the TIFF Bell Lightbox at King and John. Hidden Miele appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors, a bathroom with a deep tub — the finishes are a step above what the rate would usually suggest.
The reason to take it is the commute. The Financial District is about a ten-minute walk and Union Station roughly fifteen. For a project posting on Bay Street, nothing else in the portfolio gets you there faster on foot.
The balcony is a genuine 100 square feet, looking down onto King Street. That also means street noise: this is the busiest address we hold, and someone who wants quiet evenings should look at Old Mill or Yonge North instead. Worth saying before you arrive rather than after.
