Furnished suites at Festival Tower

A tower at King and John in the Entertainment District, above the TIFF Bell Lightbox. The Financial District and Union Station are both walkable, which makes it the shortest commute of any building we hold. It is also the busiest street of any of them, and worth saying so.

The neighbourhood

Downtown west at King and John. Walkable to the Financial District, Union Station and the convention centre. Busy, and honestly so — this is the centre of the city, not a quiet corner of it.

Transit from here runs on St Andrew and Osgoode stations (Line 1), the 504 King streetcar. If you are weighing this building against another part of the city, the honest comparison is usually commute time against monthly rate — and we would rather talk you through that than have you find out in week three.
