A 700 square foot one bedroom with a separate den and an east-facing balcony. Set up for one person working from the suite.
Yorkville One Bedroom + Den
A one bedroom plus den with two bathrooms and a proper desk, on Yorkville Avenue. The den takes a Murphy bed when you need it.
Yorkville One Bedroom, South
The smallest suite in the Yorkville building, and the most affordable way into the neighbourhood. South-facing balcony.
Yorkville One Bedroom, West
A 650 square foot one bedroom with a gas stove and a west-facing balcony set up for outdoor dining.
The neighbourhood
Central, extremely well connected, and walkable to Bloor Street, the University of Toronto and the hospital corridor. Two subway lines meet a few minutes away, which is why it books heavily with medical, academic and Bay Street stays.
Transit from here runs on Bay and Bloor-Yonge stations (Lines 1 and 2). If you are weighing this building against another part of the city, the honest comparison is usually commute time against monthly rate — and we would rather talk you through that than have you find out in week three.
